The Gallogly College of Engineering (GCoE) at the University of Oklahoma (OU) has a bold strategic plan that encompasses dramatic growth in research, continued growth in the diversity of our community while building more equitable and inclusive structures for student success, and an ambitious plan to grow the size of our college to better serve the needs of our stakeholders (http://www.ou.edu/coe/about). GCoE currently enrolls 3400 undergraduate students and 700 graduate students; our undergraduate student body is diverse with 27% of our students reporting their identity as URM and 25% reporting their identity as women.
