The Wild Gift is a non-profit organization that hosts wilderness-based fellowships designed to provide environmental entrepreneurs with leadership skills, community, and connection to the outdoors.
Since its inception 20 years ago, the Wild Gift Fellowship has supported over 70 founders of social impact ventures that continue to make meaningful impact around the world.

A Wild Gift Fellowship includes:
- $2500 stipend to support your business
- $500 travel stipend to attend the trek
- 3-week guided backpacking trek in Glen Canyon, Utah
- Six months of virtual business and leadership programming
- Lifetime membership to the Wild Gift alumni network

| Applicants must be U.S. Or Canadian citizen and between the ages of 21 and 35 as of April 1, 2023, to apply. Applicant has launched, or is ready to launch, a social or environmental venture and be able to participate in all programming experiences including the weekly virtual calls leading up to the trek (April - May 17, 2023), the 3-week backcountry trek (May 17 - June 4, 2023) and monthly virtual calls after the trek (July - November 2023). Applicant must be in basic physical fitness health to camp for an extended backpacking trip and carry a pack while hiking outdoors on uneven and rough terrain. |
