The HSI Cultivamos Excelencia team at UCSC is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated graduate student to fill the position of Cultivamos Excelencia Graduate Pathways Coordinator.
Among a variety of responsibilities, the Graduate Pathways Coordinator will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading a group of graduate student mentors within the Research Scholars component of the Cultivamos Excelencia HSI grant who will then provide mentorship to undergraduate transfer students in a small cohort setting.
