Graduate Student Commons is Now Hiring a Grad Intern! 

The Graduate Division and Graduate Student Commons (GSC) are hiring a Graduate Intern. The role of the Graduate Intern is to support and work alongside Graduate Division leadership, the GSC Governing Board, and Director of Graduate Student Life to create, promote, and implement a variety of programming for fellow graduate students.

The Graduate Intern will work up to 20 hours per week for the 2024-25 academic year. Compensation is $36.61 per hour, including in-state tuition and graduate student health insurance premium (GSHIP) coverage. Payment of nonresident supplemental tuition is not included.

Within your cover letter, please outline applicable past event experience, provide goals and ideas about what kinds of events you're interested in organizing, and how you’d like to expand on the Graduate Student Commons’  professional development and student life programming.
  • There will be a hiring committee to review application materials and conduct interviews. Submit application materials by 10AM, Tuesday, (7/22). All applications received by this time/date will receive full consideration, applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Top candidates will be selected and invited for an interview.
