This is also the deadline to have your faculty adviser or principal investigator email Vice Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies Peter Biehl a letter of recommendation for you that states you are in good academic standing and able to commit to the entire series of Friday meetings during winter quarter.
- You may attend the program virtually via Zoom and may choose to attend some meetings in person, some virtually, whatever works with your schedule best.
- The first meeting on January 6 is all day, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The rest of the meetings are 1:00-4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- The physical location of the meetings for in-person attendees varies. Most meetings take place in Humanities 2/Social Sciences Building, Room 259. Two meetings in February, the 3rd and 17th, occur at the Arboretum, Horticulture II Building, and are held in conjunction with the staff participants of the Staff Leadership Academy. I am in the process of locating a venue for the February 24 meeting.
